C.N.C. Intermac Master33 Twin
Master 33 Twin are the new Intermac work centres equipped with an operating head with two spindles.
| This device significantly revolutionises the way in which we are accustomed to imagining work centres. In fact, if, on the one hand, this type of machine has always been known for maximum flexibility with which the different machining operations could be carried out, on the other, at times the same result could also be obtained by resorting to compromise in terms of productivity. With the double wheel operating head, the machining is carried out simultaneously by two wheels running along the same profile of the sheet. In this way, it is possible to increase productivity by up to 40%. Neither does the double wheel sacrifice flexibility. In fact, it is possible to exclude one of the two operating units and carry out the same operations as those performed by the Intermac work centres. |

| The quality finish of our glass is exceptional, as is the accuracy. There are basically no boundaries when it comes to cutting, polishing or drilling glass ranging in 6mm and 10mm thickness. |
|
| Spray booth and baking oven
This spray booth is fully enclosed with water extraction fans to ensure safety, whilst producing the highest quality painted glass splashbacks. Also enclosed within the booth, is a baking oven to maximise the speed of curing process, allowing for quick lead times. Each individual piece of glass is inspected and cleaned before it is dispatched to the client.

| Celisus™ Glass has been painting glass splashbacks for the major suppliers in Victoria, such as Stegbar, Regencey and Viridian Glass for over 10 years with great success. Because we mix our own paints, the options are unlimited. |

| Kilns
The firing of glass requires kilns of high quality to ensure consistent results of this hand made product. Whilst it is imperative for toughing requirements to meet Australian standards, the annealing process must be very accurate. Celsius™ Glass uses 6 kilns of various sizes allowing for a range of standard textures wich are supplied to the leading door and window companies, such as Corinthian Doors. Our products are also designed for private and commercial applications in both custom and standard designs.
